Eritrea tour was a great Success!!!🇪🇷
We could not post anything during our stay due to the limitation of internet access.😭
We safely returned home last night!!!
Eritrea was amazing.
We were so honored to be welcomed as the official guest to celebrate their 28th independence day.
It was the 1st one since Eritrea/Ethiopia peace agreement was brought and the world was watching.
Our schedule was full everyday coordinated by the Commission of Cuter and Sports.
The first show held @ historical “ Cinema Roma” was packed out and broadcasted live by EriTV, the national TV station on the 21st of May.
I
t was rebroadcasted many times in a short duration of time so our presence in Asmara, their capital, was widely publicized to the point where everybody knows us.
Marre gave a short message to congratulate them and he shared the words of encouragement.
They liked what he said and we felt that we understood and connected each other.
Next day on 22nd, special stages was set outside in front of a big cathedral were on the main streat“Harnet Streat”in Asmara.
We were blown away by the crowds of people who were waiting for us.
Besides these 2 big shows mention above,
a courtesy visit to the Commission of Culture and Sports, workshop with traditional musicians,
demonstration at national school of music,
visiting the local pavilions built annually to celebrate independence day and fellowship,
and lastly attending the 28th independence day ceremony held at the stadium.
We so fell in love with the people of Eritrea.
We will never forget!!!!

昨晩遅く、HEAVENESEは全員無事にミッションを完遂し帰国いたしました。
私たちは、エリトリア独立２８周年記念のゲストとして文化スポーツ庁より正式に招待され、
大変な歓迎ともてなしを受けました。
２１日に歴史的なシネマロマで行われたコンサートは国営放送で生放送され、その後６回以上も再放送されたたま、町中どこを歩いていても誰もが私たちを知っているというほど大きな影響となりました。
翌２２日、アスマラの目抜き通りであるはーネット通りのカテドラル前に造られた特設ステージで行われた野外ライブには信じられないほど多くの大群衆が詰めかけ、HEAVENESEを歓迎してくれました。
Marreが語ったお祝いの言葉とエリトリアの人々にむけたメッセージに、彼らは深く感じ入り、
私たちは互いに心の深いところで通じ合う体験をしたしました。
町を歩けば、人々は口ぐちに笑顔で「あなたの話に私たちは感動した」と近づいきます。
警察官まで「あなたは全エリトリア人の心を掴んだ」と行ってきてくれるほどでした。
皆、HEAVENESEの存在と発せられたメッセージに「Everybody is happy」と喜びながら話してくれました。
二つのコンサートの他に、
文化スポーツ庁長官への表敬訪問、
伝統楽器奏者とのワークショップ、
国立音楽学校でのデモンストレーション、
アスマラ各地で行われていた独立を祝う地域祭への参加、
そして、スタジアムでの独立２８周年記念式典への参列など、
現地では文化スポーツ庁によって組まれていたスケジュールは盛りだくさんで、
本当に濃厚な日々を過ごさせていただきました。
